Cooking Classes at Roundz Gourmet Market February 23 - 7:30 PM CLASS FILLED "So, you're having a dinner party?" Work with Chef Pope on amazing dinner party menu items that will wow your guests without stressing the chef (you!). Students will receive instruction on: pan-seared sea scallops, herb-roasted rack of lamb, beef tenderloin, roasted potatoes, sauteed asparagus, and a sweet chocolate dessert. This class is $50 per person for two-hours of hands on instruction and dining.
March 5 - 7:30 PM OPENINGS STILL AVAILABLE "Amy's Cooking Revolution at Roundz" Former local reluctant chef and widely-followed food blogger Amy Kehs took one year to cook through Jamie Oliver's "Food Revolution" cookbook. To celebrate the completion of that year on March 5, she will join Chef Pope to share 3 favorite recipes from her experience. Menu items include: Sweet Potato Chroizo Soup, Salmon en Croute, Shrimp & Avacado with an old school Marie Rose Sauce. This class is $50 per person for two hours of hands-on instruction and dining.
